Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

I have been using the Archer MR600 for almost two months without any issues, but yesterday I encountered a problem. I am using a Vi Postpaid 4G+ SIM card for internet connection. Since yesterday, I have been unable to access the internet on my mobile device, although I can still access it on my laptop.

I tried removing the Vi SIM card from the router and inserting it into my mobile phone, and to my surprise, it worked perfectly in my mobile device.

I have reset the Wi-Fi multiple times, but my phone is still unable to access the internet through the router, even though my laptop can connect without any problems. I initially thought it might be a problem with my mobile device, so I tested it with more than three other mobile devices, but the issue persists.

One more thing I tried is that I have tried different Vi sim in router & here I can access internet for both mobile & laptop but not able to access internet through current sim.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
