Deco mesh set-up advice please
Hello and thank you for allowing me to join the community. I really need some help and I am the first to admit that I am not at all tech-savvy so pleasae bear with me. I need some help setting up a mesh network. I'm in France and my fibre optic internet is supplied by Free so there is a combined router/modem. I live in an old stone farmhouse (pictured red) which is about 40 metres long with thick stone walls. The internet arrives roughly in the middle of the house and at the moment I have an Archer C7 connected via ethernet to the ISP box to improve WiFi to one side of the house. However I need to extend the range significantly and to the 2 outbuildings (pictured green and yellow) and running ethernet cable to those buildings isn't an option. So, I was wondering if I got rid of the Archer c7 and replaced it with a Deco node connected to the Free box via ethernet which then acts as an Access Point, and then connect 4 other Deco nodes wirelessly: 1 at each end of the house and 1 in each of the outbuildings. The outbuildings don't need superfast WiFi but I do need security cameras in them. Would this set-up work and can you daisy chain the Deco's? Or is there a better way to set this up?
Many thanks
