Archer MR600 does not allow more than 32 connected devices

We recently purchased a TP-Link Archer MR600 as a 3G/4G Modem & Router.
According to its product description and package, it should allow up-to 64 simulataneous devices connected at the same time.
However after 32 devices you can not add any further device - WiFi connection gets rejected:
How can we remove that limitation?
@Sunshine ok so we had disabled 5Ghz an were receiving that issue - e.g. on iPhone or Android it would show "Wifi at max capacity" or similar.
When enabling dual 2.4/5Ghz the problem went away, we were able to connect more than 32, most being on 5Ghz:
Weirdly, with only 2.4Ghz, connecting was very unstable. E.g. windows laptops would not see internet, even though quickly connected to Wifi, after some time.
Upstream and location has not changed between both situations.
