MR500 disconnection problem
Dear TP-Link,
I have an issue with my MR500, I tried to updated to the latest firmware, selected the best band, set manual telco, restart device. It doesn't solve my MR500 random disconnection and slow internet connection issue. I placed my MR500 with the same spot as my previous model MR600 with the same SIM card. My previous model was MR600 and it's working out just fine. On MR600 updated to the latest firmware, selected the best band possible, it can get stable 80Mbps internet speed with no disconnection at all while MR500 highest could get 40Mbps with random disconnection. But I've to send in MR600 for warranty because it showing issue with MR600 will drop internet speed overtime, only restarting would fix the issue temporary. I've read some of the post in TP-Link Community about my MR500, they have the same issue with the same model. It work out just fine on other SIM Router with no issue just the MR500. Need a firmware fix for MR500 ASAP.
