Hi, 

I have noticed my newly purchased 4G LTE router - TPLink MR400 just stopped working after less than a weeks usage. 

I already tried rebooting, resettting, changing sim cards and all basic troubleshooting. But NO luck!

I just keeps saying Error Code 1. And No sim card screen. I am already fustrated now. 

What are my options? How do I request a replacement?
