Model: Archer AX20

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.6 Build 20230830 rel.15380(5553)

Hello to the forum. I have an Archer AX20 (AX1800 Wi-Fi 6 Router). Hardware version Archer AX20 v1.20 and a TL-WPA8631P v4.6 with also the lastest firmware available. Both devices are OneMesh compatible (at least is available on the configuration), but can't join each other. Why??

Also the TL-WPA8631P has some issues (the SSID configuration is not saved when the device is rebooted and the time zone configuration can't be updated).

Hi,

Regarding the OneMesh, have you tried all the available methods? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeaIp47_8zE

If none of them works, reset the TL-WPA8631P to factory defaults and then try again.

And also make sure there is a reasonably good Powerline connection between the TL-WPA8631P and the other Powerline adapter that is connected to the AX20.
