As far as I know there is no way to install external drivers in ChromeOS Flex.
ChromeOS Flex will only work with hardware that has their drivers built into its Linux kernel.
Are you looking to add an internal PCIe wireless adapter or do you need an external USB wireless adapter?
We don't know how much Google has customized the standard kernel, and therefore nothing can be guranteed, but for an internal wireless adapter you might have the best chances with one that uses Wi-Fi chips from Intel.
