Impossible connect conditioner Hisense to router Archer mr200

I cant connect my conditioner with router . I tryed to upgrade firmware in both devices , disable wifi 5ghz , disable firewall but no effect . If i use my smartphone as router conditioner gets connected .

@Cristian77 You may be experiencing a temporary problem with your network. To fix it, turn off the Wi-Fi on your device and then turn it back on, or unplug and plug in your Wi-Fi dongle. If that doesn't work, restart your device and try again. Finally, restart your router.

Hi, is there any error message when you try connecting the conditioner to MR200 WiFi? All the other client devices are connected properly to the same WiFi, right?
Please go to Advanced->Wireless->Wireless Settings page to change WiFi channel and channel width to see if it helps.
