Deco X68 appears to reboot regularly when activate VPN connection on laptop

I have 4 Deco's devices connected in one mesh
a) 2 x Deco X68 (Main, satellite) V1 F/W: 1.2.3 Build 20230807 Rel. 60879
b) 2x Deco P9 (satellites) - V1 F/W: 1.1.4 Build 20231027 Rel. 81602
Every time I lose connectivity to the Deco devices due to X68 (satellite device restart) when I switch on my Cisco AnyConnect VPN (4.10.07061) on my MacOS 14.1. After a bit ( which I assume corresponds to a reboot cycle ) the light turns green again and connections can be re-established and again Deo X68 rebooted again and again.
During this period, there is no internet outage or other issue with the ISP router.
I tried to disconnect this one/satellite Deco X68 (leave only Deco X68 master + 2 x P9) and everything working fine, I was able to turn on/off VPN and network were working without issues.
Strange, but it seems this one Deco has issues when I'm using Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
I tried to do factory reset for this X68 satellite device, but still the same issue.
