Deco M4 was unplugged for a period of time. It was plugged back in and Green light comes on but does not appear in the network. I have tried pressing reset with no change. What is need next?

During the reset, is there any change to the LED light? Is it solid green even after pressing the reset pinhole for 1s?
Have you tried to plug it into a different socket and reset it to see whether there is any change to the LED?

@David-TP during reset, there is no change to the Green light. Even after pressing the reset (I do hear the click of the reset). Ii had relocated the unit to a different live plug with no change in results. I will check out the link you included.
