Model: Archer C5
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6015.0 Build 220524 Rel.36466n

As I am looking to upgrade the firmware of my tp-link Archer C5 v4 AC1200 wireless dual band gigabit router, I can't find a latest one. There's an issue in CWMP settings as it is unresponsive. So I am trying to upgrade the version to the latest to fix the issue. I looked in tplink website,It seems there is no model or firmware in the website. I may be wrong whether I searched correctly. Need assistancesad

Archer C5 v4 is a device targeted to ISPs - that's the reason you can't find its FW release. If you have received the device from your ISP, its best to contact them for assistance.

@terziyski Can't we just re upload the firmware?? I got the device for free at a bundle package and I've been using for a year and after terminated my connection. But now I am looking to reconfigure router, as it was pre-configured to the ISP.

That's what I am trying to explain - this FW is nowhere to be found since TP-Link is not supporting this router model.

When an ISP provides this router to its customers, only the ISP has the responsibility for providing any new FW release, if available.
