Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2 Build 20230906 rel.52143(4555)

Hi,

I have noticed a problem entering the TP-Link ID on my router and also on my OneMesh Booster devices also.

Even though I have "binded" my email address to the Tp-Link cloud service, my router will not retain the username and password and, I have to repeatedly enter this every time I log into the router.

This appears to have happened since I updated the firmware to 1.3.2 Build 20230906 rel.52143(4555) recently.

I can log on successfully to the TP-LINK Cloud URL to test so, I know that the email address and password is successfully registered.

It just seems like my router will not retain the email and password.

Thanks

Hi, when you login the router web interface, are you using local password or TP-Link ID and its password?

Please note that the TP-Link ID will not be displayed if you login with local password for security considerations, and even though the TP-Link ID is not displayed on the TP-Link Cloud page, the cloud functions are not affected, for example, you will still be able to access the router remotely via Tether App if you login the Tether App with your TP-Link ID.
