TP wr841nd wan issue

Ive recently had this model stop working on me, when i access the router via a browser, it tells me the WAN port is not connected. Ive tried swapping the CAT cables and they all seem to function when directly plugged into the modem to pc. I've tried resetting it by holding reset for a while but no dice. When plugged in all the lights seem to be constantly flickering, including the one that I assume is the internet connection.
