  @Goanna I think you need an ATA but I'm not completely sure based on what you have asked.

Do you have a VoIP service with your ISP or other VoIP provider?

If you do, do you have the configuration information for the VoIP service?

An ATA device will probably (almost certainly) need an ethernet port available on the Deco.

There may be VoIP enabled Deco models but I'm not aware of any myself.
