Model: Archer C64
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.13.2 Build 230824 Rel. 74702n(5553)

I recently bought this router. It was working fine before. I was getting 70 Mb/s internet speed on both 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz. But suddenly 2.4 GHz started giving me 0.1 Mb/s speed even though I'm right next to the router. I'm still getting solid 70 Mb/s in 5 GHz. Only 2.4 GHz has this issue. I factory reset the router, changed channel no, channel width it's still the same.

Please check wireless link speed when connected to 2.4G WiFi: How to check the associated/link speed on a wireless client

In addition, make sure only one device is connected to the router when running the speedtest via 2.4G.
