Good evening,

we have been having problems with our Archer VR300 router. It seems to be disconnecting at random times in random intervals and will remain disconnected for about 2 minutes when unsing wifi but is slightly stable when use wired connection 

I have tried turning it on and off again, inspecting the cables, called the internet company and sw updates but nothing seems to work.

I would be glad if anyone could tell me what to do or maybe even just point me the right direction.
