Hello,

 

I go through a French ISP and I seem to be experiencing a slight difficulty.

When I watch TV it goes through an Android APP. 

Throught this app I am able to watch whatever TV channels.


The issue is when I change channels, it takes forever to load! This is something I was not experiencing when I was using the ISP's tv box.

Seems to be loading for at least a few minutes before I can start watching the programs,.

 
This does not seem to affect other providers such as my IP TV or Netflix.


Has anyone ever ecountered this issue before?
Anything I can do?

Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know which Android app is used for live TV channels?

Is the TV currently connected to the nearby Deco XE75 Pro by Wi-Fi or via an Ethernet cable?

If it is connected by Wi-Fi, please try to turn off "Mesh Technology" on the Deco APP for the TV to see whether it helped or not.
