Hello TP-LINK !!

When i open Deco app to check which device is connected on which Deco node but the status is (Unknown) sometimes on Deco App even my phone status showing (Unknown) i'm connected on main deco. Here are the screenshots below.

Hi, Nice to see you again.

Did it help if you temporarily turn off "Mesh Technology"?

  @David-TP I have shared a APP logs with you by following the steps which are shown in link you sent me and i have already tried with turned OFF MESH TECHNOLOGY
