Hello, i need help on what have to do for "reset" the notifications of new incoming devices to my network

In Teether app,I've deleted the Offline Client from that list, then i've tried test reconnecting the device in my wifi or wired lan, and the notification of "new device connected" does not appear, it gets listed as a normal already registered device, even it keeps its name..

My questions are:

1.- What's the point of the "Delete offline device(s)" option ??

2.- What have i to do to delete or reset the "registry" of a device in the app? the idea is that when it gets connected again to my wifi, the app notification appears again.

Thanks...

 Hi @GeorKhawam

To reset notifications for new devices on your TP-Link Archer AX73:

  1. Delete Offline Devices: The "Delete offline device(s)" option removes devices that are currently offline from the list but doesn't reset notifications for reconnecting devices.

  2. Reset Device Registry: To reset the "registry" of a device in the app so that you receive a new device notification upon reconnecting:

    • Remove the device from the list of connected devices in the app.
    • Ensure the device is disconnected from your network.
    • Reconnect the device to your network.
    • This should prompt the app to recognize it as a new device and send a notification.

By following these steps, you should be able to manage and receive notifications for new devices connecting to your network effectively.

Hope this helps!

Best regards,
