My Archer AX50 unable to get IP address after firmware upgrade to 1.0.13, may I know how to downgrade the firmware?

There's even newer FW version - Archer AX50(EU)_V1_230907 - here. Try upgrading to the newest release. I believe you can go back to 1.0.12 if this doesn't help.

I had try to upgrade 230907 pack and 1.0.14 after that, both unable to solve the issue.

Well, downgrading to 1.0.12 should be the same as upgrading, but just with an older FW release - here's the 1.0.12 version.
