Hello

I have two sets of TL-PA9020PKIT 2-Port Gigabit Passthrough Powerline adapters in my house. It has been working flawlessly for about 2 months,

My local electricity provider installed a smart meter at the house today, and now these devices don't work.

I have tried resetting them by holding the Pair button in for ages, but nothing is changing. I also used the tpPLC app, and it's not detecting the plugs.


When using very old TL-PA4010 plugs, they are working. It is specific to these new plugs.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

What about the LED status on the TL-PA9020P units? you mean there is no any response on the LEDs when you press the pair button, right?

Try different wall sockets as well.
