can someone help me with this? the deco doesnt light at all even if its plugged. im using an m4 btw
Hi, Did you turn off the LED under LED control on the Deco APP?
If not, please refer to the following suggestions:
1. connect the M4 to another power socket.
2. switch the power adapter with another M4.
3. hold the reset pinhole for 1s.
