Model: EX220
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: EX220(BR) 1.2_Build 230717 Rel. 73513

Hi there, I have a EX220 v1.28 (I think it's almost the same as Archer AX23), after buying I realize it's a "Provider" router, but that's ok...

I'm having trouble to access my router remotely.

I've set XXX.tplinkdns.com and DDNS server and even though I can't access. With nslookup XXX.tplinkdns.com commando I can see my IP, but just can't access neither typing IP or XXX.tplinkdns.com.... WITh port 80 and 443 and without... I just can't.

I have access to the router using Aginet App but it's TOO limited...

I have a PPoE connecting and I think it's all configured... I THINK, because it's not working. Could you guys help me?

I'm from Brazil

  @LuizMP

Here's a guide on how to configure remote access for the router web management interface.

For this to work you have to be with a public IP address on your EX220  WAN (internet) port.

That means not an IP address in these ranges:

10.0. 0.0 to 10.255. 255.255
172.16. 0.0 to 172.31. 255.255
192.168. 0.0 to 192.168. 255.255

100.64.0.0 – 100.127.255.255

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

No, these are your LAN settings.

I've meant on your Internet port settings:
