Hallo,

ich benutze verschiedene Tplink powerline adapter, sowie Devoloadapters. Inklusive Wlanadapter.

ich habe rpPLC app auf Ipad geladen. Leider kommt immer "no device found"

ich benutze auch Devolohome app, welche alles zeigt und sich managen lässt.

hat Jemand eine Idee?

If the Powerline devices are working perfectly but they are not coming up in the tpPLC App, you may try the following troubleshooting.

1. Ensure the client device installed tpPLC Utility or App and the powerline devices are working in the same network so that they could communicate with each other.

2. Connect your client device to the powerline unit directly via Ethernet cable or Wireless (unplug other powerline units)

3. Download and try the latest tpPLC Utility or App

4. Turn off VPN software or mobile data

5. Try a different client device.

hi, it is no different. Tpplc ap find no device, therefore i connect ipad with tp-wireless adapter.

it is only possible to connect a pc via lancable on one of tplink adapter. It is really sad, that tplink find a solution
