Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.9 Build 20231225 Rel. 57498

During setup, I was unable to connect to Exetel FTTP NBN. After entering the correct credentials and connection type (PPPoE), the connection attempts would just time out.  I had to resort to connecting the main Deco directly to the existing wifi router, which connects to Exetel without any issue, despite having been supplied by another supplier (Belong, not Exetel).  Anyone else having this issue?

  @Elmgee
Have you check with your ISP, does it requires specific VLAN ID tagging for the internet to be able to connect?

On my Deco X50, I am able to see that there are certain ISP profiles which would include NBN or TPG. Have you selected any of those ISP profiles yet?

  @Omochao, I checked the provider's suggested settings, and it doesn't require anything other than PPPoE connection type, along with the correct username and password. No VLAN tagging required.

  @Elmgee

Then the only way is to select the correct ISP profile, it should work with the previous screenshot I showed you.

  @Omochao I don't recall being offered the choice of ISP profiles. How do I get to select that?  Where in the app is that found?

@Elmgee, Go to deco app, More-->Advanced--> IPTV/VLAN---> ISP profile It should be there, make sure your firmware is up to date as well.
