Do you mean there are no lights on? Please make sure it is using the original power adapter, or try another power adapter with the same specification.

Try different wall sockets, also try to reset the device to factory defaults by holding the reset button for about 10s.

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your TL-MR6400 router.
