I had to reconfigure my WiFi network due to some power issues. After I reconfigured my WiFi router, I am unable to connect my SONOS Sound Bar to it.

The fault I get says" SONOS products require a 802.1 b/g network. If your router is set to " N only" or "AC only" change it to B/G/N, or Mixed" 

How do I access these settings in the Router to check and change this?

Hi, the 2.4GHz wifi of Deco already works on 802.11 b/g/n.

 

Please refer to the following suggestions:

Please turn off 5GHz under Deco APP> WiFI Settings>Advanced first.

Then disable Fast roaming and Beamforming under Deco APP>More>Advanced.

Turn off/back on the WLAN settings on the mobile phone and set up the Sonos Soundbar again.
