check the working mode under Deco APP>More>Advanced>Operation mode.

it now works again on my m5

I don't know when, but the app no longer showing the parental tab, I only noticed this after the children was staying on the system after the times I had set in the past.   I've been using this parental system since I had the M5's for over two years now

 

please help, as this was one of my main reasons of getting the m5.
