Hi,

I have ordered a static wan ip address from my ISP but it does not work. After calling them three times they asked me if I had turned on that functionality in the router.

They also suggested that the default setting in the router was to not have static ip address turned on.

I can't find that setting in the app. I also can't access all of the advanced settings since the app suggest that I am not connected to the local wifi. I am at home connected to my wifi, I don't know how to be more local...

Any hints would be appreciated.
