Model: Archer AX95
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.4 Build 20230620 rel.40495(4555)

A brand new Archer AX95 is experiencing random NAT-related resets, and the following appears in the log (example):

NAT Forwarding (Port Forwarding/Port Triggering) is not active, only UPnP is used.

When these resets occur, internet connectivity is not lost, and the light on the router shines a uniform blue.

Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.

Can you go to Save Log and share us the complete log? Then we may better analysis the issue.

According the log screenshot and the description, it is too hard to find apparent issue like unstable connection or auto-reset.

Now does the router work properly? If you do not check the log,can you feel any performance problem?

Hello,

Thank you for your response.

Next time the problem occurs, if at all, I'll save the full log - I though a screenshot of the log would be enough.

Now the router works properly, and, as I mentioned in my previous post, there was no discernible interruption in internet service when the reset occurred.

The only thing that has come to my mind is that I had HDDs connected to both USB ports on the router - the 2.0 and the 3.0.

Since during the reset a backup job was being sent from my PC to the HDD connected to the USB 2.0 port, and just to rule out a potential overload of the processor (although, admittedly, this may appear far-fetched), I have disconnected this HDD and instead attached both HDDs to the USB 3.0 port through a powered USB hub. I'll see if this helps any, but I have a feeling it is irrelevant. We'll see.

Ok, please take your time. BTW, please also observe the LED changes next time the issue happens.

  @Marvin_S

Of course.

By the way - do you think the HDD connected to the USB 2.0 port could have had any influence here?

Usually not, you may disconnect it for some time to take a further observation.

Hi, can I confirm again, how you found the issue, which caused you to check the system log?

Hi,

I just took a routine glance at the log, that is all.

As I mentioned in my previous posts, there was no interruption in internet service. Just this weird NAT reset.
