Firmware Version: 1.13.2

Hi everyone, sorry for my bad english i'm french..:(

So i will try to explain you clearly but it's not easy game for me!

We have 2 house, my mom & me

We have only one router from Free (Freebox Rev)

One month ago, we bought 2 archer c6, and all goes very well !

But now, after a break of the public service, they stop working and we can't take them back to 'normal'

All of the 2 archers are on the "Router Mode" (i tried on point access) same

So we have : Freebox router => switch gigabyte =>  archer c6 of my mom, my swith giga => my archer c6

It's like a wheel, my mom will have 500 mbps and me only 100, and when i have 500, my mom got only 100, like a setting issue....

We tried many solutions, but we don't find the good one

Can someone give help to us ?

Thanks

  @AlexGreetz

Hi,is the "switch gigabyte" you mentioned the same as “my swith giga” you mentioned?What is the bandwidth you subscribed to from your ISP?

Did you ever try to contact your ISP to confirm whether they did any speed limitation?

You may factory reset 2 C6 and reconfigure them for a try.

As there is TP-Link local support and they can speak or write French,  it is not a bad choice that you can ask help from them directly.

  @Marvin_S

hi Marvin !
It's the same brand of the switch but there is 2 switches. One at my home and one at my mother's home.
in France there is 600 mbps off the ISP. We got 580 mbps in WiFi & wired directly from the ISP.
but with réflexion, I think it's a bad configuration or a bad wiring.. but where?

i will try to reset all 2 archers & I will try to contact support in France too
