I can't get my tp-link to recognise the SIM card.
In the app it says SIM card status not found.
I've put the SIM into a different device, and it works fine.
I've put a different SIM into the M7450, and it works fine (but I don't won't to use this SIM as it is on a different network and plan).
I've factory reset the device, I've tripple checked that I've installed the SIM correctly.
But I'm still not able to get it to work.
Can anyone help please?

Have you tried to restart or factory reset M7450 with the SIM inserted?
May I know who is your SIM Carrier? Can you share any online links or introduction pages for the subscribed SIM plan?
There is a possibility that the current SIM card may not be compatible with the M7450. If it was, since this compatibility issue usually takes quite a long time to be addressed, you may need to consider returning the M7450 if it was recently purchased.
