1. Whether the issue happen since you installed the router or after you updated firmware.

2. Whether you have an old router and it can work properly or not.

3. What is your network topology and who is your ISP.

Installed with updated firmware. Internet was fast and browsing didn't seem to be a problem until I tried to stream via wifi. When i stream it abruptly disconnects me and other devices over the network. My previous router was archer c6 and it had no issues while streaming via wifi. 

My isp is ACT and in speedtests show 100-300mbps in 2ghz and 5ghz respectively.

I have 1 wired lan device connected that's my cctv setup and 4 other wireless devices. Every mobile device disconnects when I try to stream or use apps like zoom,discord,teams. I spent a lot on this router.
