Hi good Day,

 

1.I just bought a new tp link archer mr600 here in saudi arabia, the 4G+ signal is only flickering on the new version 1.7.0, but from 1.6.0 is stable, do you have any suggestion guys, right now i downgraded back to 1.6.0?

 

2. I have the portable wireless router, the tracert is just only a way to the destination, while on the archer is having 13-14 hops, kindly check and feedback

Hi,

 

Version 1.7.0 has been optimized to switch back to 4G when the traffic is low. This optimization will not impact your actual usage.

You may test the actual speed you get from the router.
If you are concerned about the display issue, you can roll back to the 1.6.0 firmware version.

 

As for the number of hops, the router does not affect the number of hops you get when using the tracert test. That is mainly influenced by the network configuration on your ISP's side.

  @Sunshine for your information the portable wifi router SIM that I used is just the same that I use also from the tplink router.
