Model: Archer AX90
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.1.13 Build 20240509 rel.69123(4341)

This is my third TP-Link router upgrade and they all have the same issue, I lose 2.4 GHz every day, I have read all the posts for everyone that have the same issue with with different model TP-Link routers. This issue affects the security cameras that I run on 2.4 GHz. I don't want to go back and forth with things to try, I have been there and done that. I want to know if you have firmware that will fix this issue before I change out my TP-Link Network with a new System.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

It is sincerely suggested to follow this guide to troubleshoot.

For your situation, we may need to confirm more information to know about your situation better.

1.How many devices are connected to 2.4GHz network usually?

2. If the 2.4GHz network is unstable everyday, how did you find out?  All devices failed to connect to 2.4GHz wifi or connected without internet?

3. How does the 2.4GHz wireless connection restore? Do you need to reboot the router?

4. Can you get stable connection from 5GHz network?

Thanks for your cooperation~

I have between 20 to 25 devices connected to the 2.4 GHz network. I get the "connected to wifi but no internet"  error message at least once a day from one to ten devices connected to the 2.4GHz. it could be more I don't check them all. I had this same issue with my AX5400 and Ax7300. I can confirm when the 2.4GHz goes out I have checked 6 to 10 of the devices connected and they are all connected with no internet. I have to reboot the router for the 2.4GHz signal to restore. the 5 GHz signal has never lost signal on the AX90, I did lose the 5 GHz on the AX7000 but not as often as the 3.4GHz signal.
