Hello

I had some issues when I have this scenario

1 - block the phone

(here I have the issue)

on the phone I forgot the network and try to reconnect. 

2- Delete the device from the devices list on my Deco system. 

 

then it's impossble to reconnect. Even if I forgot the network.  On the iPhone I try to change from private IP to not private ... I'm losing my mind 😀
 

I had this with iPhone and an Android TV

 

Do you have a workaround ?
I just have the message Impossible to connect with no more details.

Hi

 

You may reboot Deco and then check whether it can be connected.

Please refer to the following link to change the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4:

If you still cannot connect after modifying the DNS, it is recommended that you go to Deco APP > More > Wi-Fi settings to modify the Deco Wi-Fi name and password. To avoid any potential errors in recalling your password, we recommend jotting it down with a pen for safekeeping.
