I recently bought a TP-Link Archer ax23 router bt the wan port is constantly showing 100 mbps duplex.i already tried changing the cable and update the port negotiate setting to 1000 Mbps bt it's still the same.what can I do now?

What is the WAN port connected to?  It would appear that you are connected to a 100 Mbps source.

My isp provides a d-link media coverter.i have no idea either its 100/1000 mbps

I would connect a portable computer (capable of 1000 Mbps) directly to the ISP box and see what the connection speed is.
