Configuring in pppoe mode and also tried for mac cloning from old router. When i clone the mac address my isp automatically blocks me

The easiest way to check if MAC address is the issue is to compare your OLD router WAN MAC address clone settings and set the same MAC address to the new router.

If that desn't work, you could probably contact your ISP and ask them to add your new router WAN MAC address in their database. Here's a guide for resolving this isssue.
