VPN IPsec pass through not connected with BSNL fiber net

Dear TPlink Team
I have connected BSNL Fiber net to TD-w9970 through wireless mode with dynamic IP, Internet is connected but VPN IPsec passthrough is not connected.
Give me immediate Solution.
What changes/settings should I do.
