Model: Archer C5400X
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I'm considering using the Archer built-in Parental Controls. If I sent a daily time limit of 3 hours, and the child's device is on another wifi (like school), how does that affect the usage total for the day? Is only the wifi used on my own network counted towards this? Or does the device somehow report it's usage when it reconnects to my network?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

When only the device connected to the router wirelessly or via wire, the parental control features on the router can work.
