Hi all.

 

I recently moved house and changed internet provider. When packing up for the move, I  didn't note which Deco was the main. I also didn't realise that I should have disconnected in a sequence etc - so now I'm unable to set-up the mesh.

 

Grateful for any pointers on how I can reset and reinstall my Deco M3/4s as I'm a techno-biff at the best of times, and i'm pulling my hair out....

 

Current IP is Vodaphone (in the UK).

Hi, You can hold the reset pinhole at the bottom for 1s to factory reset Deco.

When the LED turns to flashing blue, you could set it up again on the Deco APP.
