I am using Starlink as ISP. its router is connected to TP Link AX72 Pro in bypass mode.

 

I can't access Remote management. I already done the instruction as instructed in the manual book.

 

is there anything else I need to do?

Compare your AX72 Pro Internet (WAN port) IP address with the IP addres from https://ping.eu - they should be the same.

If they are not the same then you're behind CG-NAT and this won't work.

I checked. It is not the same. does this means I cant do remote management in any ways?

You can't directly, but here's a thread discussing a possible workarounds.

The other way to do this is to use the Tether app for remote management.
