In both browser and Tether, the internet speed test times out and say try later? Have reset a few times, updated the firmware.
Have tested connection directly from google and is ok. Is there an issue with the speed test plugin? Is there a fix?

May I know you checked this via Web UI and Tether app on which devices?
For the Tether app on your phone, you may update APP version to the latest.
For the Web UI, did you log into it on phone or other devices? Wired or wireless? Could you please change another client to confirm?
