Hi, 

 

using VPN Client on my Archer BE230 to be able to connect through VPN for some of my clients on my home network.

 

In the client list where I state which clients should connect through VPN every single computer as well as a couple of my other units works flawlessly. They all connect to the Internet using the VPN tunnel.

 

When adding my iPhone, the interface erface says that it is added, but when surfing with the iPhone it does _not_ go through the VPN.

 

I've tried both using 'Private Wi-fi'-setting in iPhone and withut. When on I have added both MAC-adresses.

 

Still no VPN using the iPhone, all other units in the list tunnel perfectly.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.

Can you share your Wireguard VPN protocols?

And are your other devices connect to the router via Ethernet cable? Only the wireless connection does not work?

Then the senior engineering team will take further research.

Hardware Version
Archer BE230 v1.0
 
It working pefrect with LAN, but does not work with any wifi device (phone, laptop)

Hi, thanks for sharing question here~

May I know what kind of LAN devices you have? And they can access internet via VPN tunnel, but your wireless devices failed, right?

If so, can you also share the content of your Wireguard VPN protocol?

 

And your current firmware is not the latest, so it is suggested to upgrade firmware to the latest first, according to the official website.
