Hi guys,

It has been two to three weeks, ever since I bought the Archer AX10 (1500), all clients either on WIFI or LAN seem to be having issues with YouTube, either taking time to load or buffering videos fully. Sometimes it will load only 10 seconds then stop, other times it might load a few minutes. Called Customer Care, where the concerned executive advised me to set the channels to 11 (2.4 GHz) and anyone on 5 GHz, including setting the Channel Width to 40 Mhz (2.4 GHz) and 80 MHz (5 GHz), but didn't work for me. I also factory reset the router, yet it didn't resolve the said issue

Has anyone else had similar problems with the AX10?

NOTE: (I) My router is set on AP Mode (II) MY ISP is Airtel (III) I don't face the same issue when connected to Airtel provided Router Modem/ONT
