Unable to setup Deco S4 mesh network
Blue light is flashing, network cable attached to Router and is live, connected to Deco network, sitting next to routrer but keep getting "We couldn't find your Deco". Tried a different tower but it made no difference. Help!!

Hi,
Please only power on one Deco unit when you set up the Deco system.
If it still shows 'We couldn't find Deco', please reset the Deco unit.
Make sure that you have turned off mobile data, VPN and other apps related to VPN. If you are using iPhone, the local network and location permission should be enabled.
And you can also test with other phone or tablets.
If all suggestions above still cannot help, please contact the local support to check the warranty for you.
