Model: Archer VR600
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 0.3.0 0.9.1 v0074.0 Build 200226 RC.65147n

I have Access point that is physically connected to port 3 on the back of the archer vr 600,

when I'm with my phone and connected to the AP Wi-Fi I can send ping to my PC, my PC is connected to port number 2 on the vr600.
When i switch to the vr600 Wi-Fi and start sending ping to the pc there is no response to the ping I send, when I go back to the AP WiFi the ping works again.

What can I try to fix this problem?

thanks!

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

If you disconnect AP to VR600, connect your phone to VR600 and keep the PC connected to LAN2 port of VR600, does the same issue?

When did the problem start happening?

Did you ever try different LAN port to connect to the PC? Did you set up same wifi name and password for VR600 and the AP?

Hi, thanks for your help!

If you disconnect AP to VR600, connect your phone to VR600 and keep the PC connected to LAN2 port of VR600, does the same issue? -> No, if the AP Wifi is not working then the phone only connect to the VR600 WiFi,

When did the problem start happening? -> it was always there, only now i notice the "recipe" to reproduce the issue every time

Did you ever try different LAN port to connect to the PC? -> Yes

Did you set up same WiFi name and password for VR600 and the AP? -> Yes

i think there is a routing table issue in the VR600,

when i move from the WiFi of the AP(that is connected to the VR600 by Lan cable) to the WiFi of the VR600, the VR600 need to Update the table to the correct routing,

or the issue can be in the isolation mechanism.

*by the way im using the DHCP of the VR600 and not the AP, the AP DHCP is in off mode

i think that it can be reproduce easily at your lab,

thanks for your help!
