2,4G

Hi,
Thanks for posting on TP-Link Community.
How about the LED status on the router when it drops WIFI connection? Will the wired devices get internet normally?
If all wireless devices drop randomly, please change the WIFI channel and channel width.
If you cannot connect the wireless devices back after they drop, please forget the network and then connect again.

@Soare Thank you!
The Led status is solid green, my laptop says that it is unable to connect to that network and my smartphone says that the password is wrong; that isn't True. I forgot the network and tried again but I didn' t manage facing with the same replies. I am sure it is something that causes this, I don' t think it is normal to stay in front of the network changing channels.
I also can see a flashing green led (LAN1) on Digi ONT, if this matters.
By the way, if you are kind, the channels for 2, 4 are 1, 6 and 11 but I don't know for sure the bând width ...20?

Hi,
Yes, 2.4G channel width please change to 20MHz. And 40MHz or 80MHz on 5G.
Besides, please also check the firmware is the latest or not. You can update to the latest firmware version.
I am unsure whether flashing green light on Digi ONT means it is working normally. You can check the internet light on the router.
