#Deco App Related
Hi. I have two houses both with deco routers.
I have a new phone and installed the dec app, logged into my account and my two installations are not showing and the app is asking me to setup new decos. How do I transfer the previous connections from the old phone to the new phone

Hi,
After you login with the account you set up the Deco network you should be able to see the two networks.
Please check that you have logged in with the correct account.
If the issue still exists, you can also test with another phones or tablets.
