Model: NX510v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 3.0.0 v6060.0 Build 230714 Rel. 56669n

I've recently acquired a TPLink NX510v to use with a sim card.

I've popped in the sim card and I can access the wi-fi just fine.

What I cannot do is access the router and perfom internet speed tests through the Tether app.

If I access the router via browser, while connected via wi-fi, at 192.168.1.1, I can see that the device is connected to the internet.

If I try to access it via the Tether app, while outside the network, it does not appear to be online, and when I hit the Network Diagnostic button, the following appears:

Again, internet via wi-fi works, but I would like to be able to access it remotely and also run speed tests from time to time even when not present next to it.

  @Shumi

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

NX510v is a customized model by some ISPs only and it can managed by Aginet app instead of Tether app.  You may refer to this website page to know more.

And it is more suggested to contact your ISP or local technical support for direct help.
